About a year or so ago, I asked a neighbor who had recently had his house painted if there was anyone he could recommend for our house. We needed it power washed, painted/stained, and some woodworking done, including some work on our screened-in porch. Gerardo at Gap Painting was fantastic.  We first hired him and his team to paint our NEW Baby Room, Master Bedroom and Spiral Staircase in our townhouse.  He was available to get it done within a few days after providing the quote, showed up on time, and completed the job in one day (primer and 2 coats of paint on everything).  They painted with precision around all angles close to the ceiling and around the trim and windows.  They even put all the light switch and plug plates back on the wall.  We were so pleased that we hired Gerardo and his team a few weeks later to paint our other condo before a new tenant moved in, and they once again exceeded expectations by coming out the day after they provided us a quote (on Sunday).  Don’t think twice, call Gerardo for your next painting job…he won’t disappoint.

I cannot give enough praise to Gerardo and his team. They were honest, reliable, precise, communicative, and so very talented. After our interior paint job was finished our home looks like a brand new house. Every detail of trim, stairs, and cabinets was lovingly cared for. They went above and beyond to ensure the quality was superb, and it is. I will be using Gap Painting for all of our future paint and fencing needs.

We hired GAP Painting for a number of painting tasks to get our house ready to put on the market: repainting kitchen and bath cabinets, doing major touchups on the exterior, patching and painting ceiling and wall cracks, painting a new bathroom, etc. Much of the work had to be done around the schedules of other workmen and/or while we were out of the country. Gerardo and his crew’s work was excellent, their responsiveness was terrific, their initiative was much appreciated and the prices were fair.. With new wall paint and an epoxy floor, they even turned our garage from a grungy negative to a plus for marketing the house. We were very happy with the work and expect to engage them in painting our new digs.

We had a very good experience with GAP painting. They painted our powder room, kitchen island, garage and did number of touch ups through the house. They worked with Farrow&Ball paint which is not a regular paint to work with. They were always on time, courtious, always left the work site neat. We would hire them again in the future.

We have used Gerardo Aguero of GAP painting for multiple projects both inside and outside of the house.  We have repainted rooms with them as well as entrusting them with the new construction.  We also used them to paint our new shutters.  In every area they have exceeded our expectations, in terms of time and proficiency.  They are very detail oriented so the job is done right the first time.  For example, after they finished the shutters we had them professionally hung.  Later I found the painters on ladders touching them up in order to ensure that any damage to the paint during the hanging process was corrected.  They have very professional and courteous people.  We would recommend them without hesitation and would use them again!

I would highly recommend both Gerardo Aguero and GAP Painting. He is fair, trustworthy and hard working, with good attention to details. We had several rooms damaged by water due to last winter's storms. He and his crew did a superior job fixing the crown molding,replacing some wallboards,re-taping, and painting. GAP performed the work at my home as agreed and did a very good job. The previous tile was removed from the hallway and landing and hardwood was put down. He also sanded the floor, stairs and railings and matched the color/stain to the existing hardwood floors. I now have beautiful stairs and a hallway thanks to GAP. The level of communication was exemplary, before, during and after the project. He made knowledgeable suggestions which were very helpful. He was on time, courteous and very professional. He went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the work that he was doing and I appreciated that very much. I hope to do more business with GAP in the future.

Gerardo was the best! Our friend recommended him because of his excellent work and service. He worked on the interior painting project for our 2400 sqft house. The project turned out GORGEOUS, and we love it! First, Gerardo was willing to work with our budget, and he was very professional and punctual in terms of appointments and schedules. They even finished the whole project ahead of schedule. Secondly, details matter! Their work was very detailed, and of high quality: walls were evenly patched, and all trim details were nicely finished! We were very satisfied with it, and were not able to pick on anything. Moreover, they left the house CLEAN. They installed all curtains back, and cleaned up the whole house afterwards. We cannot appreciate more! Last but not least, he was very good at smooth communications. We were updated on the progress everyday through texts and calls. Any questions and concerns were addressed promptly and properly. We hired Geraldo to paint the trim on our house and power wash / stain our deck. The weather was uncooperative so it took longer than expected but Geraldo and his crew took advantage of every good day arriving early to get the job done. We are so very please with the results. Thank you Geraldo!

We hired Gerrardo's team to finish our basement. They provided the following services: paint, stain, sand the staircase and lay down tile for the floor. Each aspect of their work was done very nicely. We never had any complaints with their work. They are very professional, courteous and neat. Any furniture was covered and taken care of. They treated the room as if it was their own. They were always on time to the job. They also constantly gave updates if any times or dates changed. Gerrardo was always accessible and responded promptly via phone call or text messages. Gerrardo also listens to what the customer wants and provides that service. The work lasted a little over a week. We were out of town in the middle of the week, but present at the start and finish of the job. The painters are highly skilled - the paint job looks perfect. You could not tell they were even there at the end of each day - clean up was meticulous every day. GERARDO came by every day while they were working. Although the cost was a little more than a couple of other estimates, we received much more for our money than if we would have used one of the others.

Gerardo and his team completed a painting project at my home. The job went smoothly and he and his team did a very good job. They completely repainted the master bedroom, master bath (including removing old wall paper and repainting the walls, ceiling and trim work) as well as one other bedroom and the trim work throughout the house.
